SUB Article XI specifies requirements that a recipient must include in any subaward under which it judges that the subrecipient may make lower-tier subawards. It thereby implements OMB guidance in 2 CFR 200.331(a) through
(c)and other portions of 2 CFR part 200 as they apply to lower-tier subawards.
